Stopped working after just 2 uses. Tried contacting Remington's customer care, but could never get through to them. Couldn't find an authorized service center here in Hyderabad, so the 2 year guarantee period is kind of useless.

Happy enough with this. Using it is pretty straight-forward, if you are confused there are quite a few videos up on Youtube. It does seem to heat up a bit if you run it for a long time and the built-in light is pretty useless but other than that it's fine. Like most hair-removal products, you do need to pull your skin tight while using. The head removes for cleaning and comes with a handy little brush.

Very disappointed. Worked perfectly for 1.5 years and then it simply died. Not worth the money. Would have rather bought something cheaper.I've used another Philips one (worth 8 USD) and it has not stopped working since the past 4 years.
