This Rica Aloe Vera Wax has to be used with a waxing stripe. It is a good product if anyone has done the normal wax before. It's certainly not for beginners who are doing waxing for the first time. Some pointers-1. It is sticky so getting it out of the tin and into your wax heater should be done cautiously. I used my regular wax heater (with automatic power cut)after cleaning it. Take out a small quantity in the heater for the first time because the wax required is much less than others.2. Make the skin clean and dry before using it for good results. Spread a very thin layer and small patch. The quantity required is much less than regular waxes so a thin translucent layer of wax is good to go.3. Use wooden spatula or steel spatula to spread it. I used steel spatula and it works fine. Use the stripe and pull in opposite direction. Work in small patches or else you won't be able to keep the skin taught while pulling off the stripe and it will hurt you.4. After full waxing, use post wax gel or massage the waxed area with coconut oil for atleast 4 - 5 mins. I used coconut oil. This coconut oil will dissolve the leftover wax on the skin. Now wipe the waxed area with a damp cloth to take off the oil from waxed area.5. After use keep the tin covered properly to increase its life . If any wax is left in the wax heater you can reheat and use it the next time provided you keep the wax heater covered up properly.6. Don't go over the same waxed area again or else it might irritate or damage your skin.7 . Avoid going in sunlight for atleast next 10 hrs for better results. And use your sunscreen generously.8. To clean the steel spatula, just heat it a little over a gas flame for one minute and wipe with a tissue paper or old cloth.This wax hurts a little less than normal wax, doesn't irritate the skin and skin is smooth after use provided you do it with patience. It is messy to handle only because of its stickiness. All else is good.

This is the best wax I have used so far. Here are the benefits I observed1) it's very moisturising and leaves a fresh scent afterwards2) other waxes become burning hot when melted , while this one quickly melts into a thin creamy lotion which isn't hot at all! That's means it spreads over the skin easily and you dont have to worry at all about burning. It's totally safe of skin.3) a little goes a long way. This pack is costly but it would really last very long.4) it is an expert at pulling the hair smoothly and with minimum hassle. It Reduces pain and you don't have to go through the same area again. It pulls even the finest and shortest hair.5) it brightens and removes tanning and dead cells too6) it doesn't darken or irritate soft areas like underarms but brighten and smoothens them.7) reduces ingrown hair.I am definitely hung up on it and will be using this for every waxing session. Definitely recommending this!

Totally waste product. It is not wax. It stuck on my skin and not removed after applying,water,soap, cloth soap not even by applying lemon. It is worst than oil paint on skin. My skin got rashes and i am having newborn now and i was not able to touch my baby also. Never expected this cheating from amazon

Wax is good.... Less pain.... But it will stick everywhere.... By washing we can't remove this wax from body or from dress.... We have to use oil to remove wax if stick to dress or any where..... It very difficult to do waxing compare to normal wax and peeloff wax

I love waxed skin, even we all specially when it's about some special occasions.It's different from normal wax which is available in market like INR 100 or so, I was not sure to buy this but I love this.Yeah you need some different specifications to use this rather than a normal wax but you would see a different. Hair growth will be minimized and skin will be smoother too. it removes dead skin too. Very useful one can use it at home and it will give you salon feel.

I've always been a fan of Rica wax so when I decided to do waxing at home, this was the only option I thought of.As you may all know already, it is extremely adhesive if not heated (I presume all wax products work the same way). But then once heated, easy to be removed. Gave a 3 for easy removal only because just in case it sticks on the body, it goes of only with oil.Painless and easy hair removal. Mostly works in the first application itself. That's actually good for I hate applying wax for the second time to remove left our hair because doing so really hurts and burns the skin.Could be used for a really really long time. I guess it's been close to or more than a year for me. And I still have enough left for at least 4 times.
