The watch feels and looks brilliant. Time set in no time. Ergonomic design ensures the large watch does not sit heavy or feel cumbersome on the wrist. Comfortable wear. Functional efficiency and convenience will surface after I've had a chance to explore those. Pricing benefits thanks to Amazon and SBI cards had the watch come a tad cheaper. This watch is part of the new G-Steel series of G-shock from Casio. Got it from Amazon at around Rs. 11300/- during the recent sale.In short, really great looking watch, and has everything one can expect in this price range: Sturdy, Solar powered, has an awesome white backlight, and classy looking. This g shock can totally be worn with a formal attire as well. Compared to the G604, this actually has a positive LCD, which is a big plus as negative displays are not very visible in less than ideal conditions. The dial is quite big, so might not suite thin wrists.The watch has lume applied on the hands as well, so they glow in the dark after some exposure to light. I really wish there was lume on the indexes as well, will make for a much better watch.One thing which I did not like was the marker for the button at 4 o'clock, which reads "SEARCH". This makes sense for a watch with technology like multiband 6, which receives time updates from a atomic time signal, where the button can be used to get the update manually. In a watch like this which does not have this technology, keeping the same marking makes no sense. That button really has no dedicated function on its own. It would have been much better if the texts read "REVERSE" and "FORWARD" at 2 o'clock and 4 o'clock positions just like some other watches. Looks like Casio simply developed one single case design for this line, and reused it for all of its models.

A quite exceptional timepiece. I often catch people gazing at it longingly. I've gotten over half a dozen compliments for it, and one person even ordered a similar g-shock right away! This one, however, is better. I haven't used the other functions too much, but i can vouch for the fact that they work. Obviously. I bought it because it's a great looking timepiece, and it lives up to what I thought it would be. The ruggedness is welcome as well.

Great looking watch at affordable price.Suitable with formal as well casual attires.Slightly oversized on my wrist but not a big deal.Warranty card without seller stamp but registered my product at official casio website without any issue with the documents provided by Amazon. Got 6 monts additional warranty after registration.Would surely recommend. 👍🏻

Just awesome , bit bulky but u start enjoyingn and missing in wrist in few days. Had another Gshock mudmaster and using it for last 10 years ..just go for any Gshock for quality , oomph and style 😉..

What a beauty..!! A top notch product from Casio. Go for it guys. This has got killer looks that other watches in the series lack( arguable).

It is good watch and all was proper as shown in the pic it is original no doubt but delivery boy delayed and bought it late he didn't even call me I called him and asked about my order.

This is a big watch! But not all that heavy on the rubber-look strap so it wears reasonably comfortable. I like the design a lot more than most of the plasticky G-Shocks.Positives:* Design is a little Hublot-esque with a lot of presence.* I like the three digital subdials that mimic a traditional chronograph layout.* Seconds indication is digital so there is no ticking sound every second.* All the usual features are there, with multiple timezones, multiple alarms, stopwatch, countdown timer, etc.* No fuss solar charging; as long as you don't lock it in a drawer it'll keep running for decades.* Positive LCD display that is much easier to read than the inverted / black displays on some models.* I like that it rotates the hands forward or back when you change the timezone; very cool.* The strap is very comfortable. I like it better than the mateial of most of the plastic G-Shocks.* It's still a G-Shock! Super rugged, no issues if you drop it. ;)Negatives:* The hands are difficult to set to exactly hit all markers when the digital display is at the whole minute / 00 seconds. I may be overly Obsessive-Compulsive on this though, but it does bug me a little.* Bezel scratches fairly easily. (Not really a problem, it may even add to the rugged look if you bag it up a little)* The digital numbers are quite small especially on the main time display on the subdial on the left; not always easy to read.* I wish the hands were a millimeter longer and had better lume.* No lume on the dial. :( There is a light of course so it's not a problem, but lume-fans should skip this watch.* No radio time-sync on this model, so it'll gain a second or two every week.* It's a big watch which means you'll bang it around on things more.

That was really awesome and not heavy at all. I’ve bought it for my husband as a gift and he loves it. It’s beautiful exactly same as the picture.
