I had just finished a box of Gevalia cappucino K-Cups that someone gave to me, which are amazing, but produce way more waste than my conscience can take and require added sweetener. When they were gone I was depressed because I didn't want to make a cup of regular coffee after the lovely experience of instant cappuccino. So, I searched on Amazon and perused the options before deciding to try this.It was delivered way earlier than estimated. After two days. I thought I wouldn't see it until mid-December, but it came on the 8th. It is now the 17th and I'm halfway done with my container. Also, free shipping!On the day it was out for delivery, I noticed that the flavor was French Vanilla when looking at the order and I was bummed because I thought it was flavorless cappuccino (my mistake), which I would have preferred but it was already on its way so I couldn't cancel it. I knew it wouldn't be bad, but I had been looking forward to a regular flavor. Well, the vanilla is perfectly good. The flavor is very natural and slightly bitter, almost buttery. It's delicious!Now, there's the option to use either water or milk. If you have the milk to spare, use it. I couldn't bother using so much milk, since I drink about two cups of this stuff a day, so I stick with water. If you use water, you may find that it's necessary to supplement it with Creamer. Without it, the drink falls flat. It tastes like flavored water. I highly recommend Creamer. I just used powdered, unflavored creamer.The most disappointing thing is that the recommended proportion in the instructions is WAY off. 😂 It recommends 1 scoop for a wopping 11oz. Firstly, I don't even drink 11 oz. cups of coffee. 8 oz. is plenty. This would lead me to think that I need less than a scoop for my normal cup.Nope! I adjusted it to my preference (as they also suggest) and I personally need a HEAPING 1 scoop (meaning a little bit more than 1 scoop) for about 1 cup. Actually, it's a little under 1 cup because I found that after adding the mix, plus powdered creamer, the volume expands and the cup is fuller than I want. So, I really need a heaping scoop for a little less than a cup.But after all that customization, the drink is finally acceptable. 😫 I just add a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and it's complete. I haven't tried it cold. The cold instructions actually suggest 1 scoop per 7 oz. Which is closer to my preferences. I may try it in the future.Overall, I give it 3.5-4 stars. It isn't 5 stars because by itself, it isn't sufficient. And personally, the reason I ordered such a product was with the idea of having an all-in-one product that I didn't have to supplement with extra ingredients. But, I do have to do that.Also, the texture is good (with creamer), but I would appreciate more froth. The Gevalia K Cups had ample froth and to me, that is significant to the cappuccino experience.However, on that note, there's no qualms with the mixing. It dissolves with no issues. No clumps or anything. Which is wonderful. I was using a stirrer at first but found it was faster with a spoon. Either is still very quick.I can't really complain about the proportion discrepancy because for me it's 1 scoop to 1 cup, which, in powdered drink mix standards, is acceptable. The only thing that would slightly unnerve me is the prospect that if the suggested proportion was sufficient, I'd only be using nearly half the amount I use. So in the grand scheme, if I buy this consistently and longterm, I'll be paying almost twice the expected rate. But, that's just me nitpicking. 🤔Further, I do like the vanilla taste but I still wish they had regular. I searched and couldn't find any. It's not overly vanilla though, so it's fine.The Member's Mark Vanilla Cappuccino mix is sufficient when customized and a pleasant, well-priced experience. I drink two cups a day because it's not too strong but still gives me a bit of a kick and it's filling. I will be purchasing again!UPDATE: I tried it cold and.....it's great! Dare I say better? It tastes like a professional iced Cappuccino. It does take a little longer to mix using cold water. But it's still completely dissolvable. And yes I know you can make it hot and then cool it, but to me, hot coffee that is left to cool is way different than coffee made cold. I find with hot coffee, I have to hurry to drink it before it cools because it's not the same after it cools, even when rewarmed. I'm very picky about that though, others may not care. I recommend making a big batch of this and leaving it in the refrigerator the night before drinking. It's better when it has been cooled throughout rather than iced. Unless you use refrigerated water. I still put creamer in it. Liquid this time. In my experience powdered creamer and cold beverages don't mix. I put chocolate syrup and whipped cream on it and it's a whole new experience. So, I'm glad this product is diverse. I'm gonna have to buy more very soon.UPDATE 2: I'm on my third container and with more experience, I've found that I prefer it cold. It tastes better and I have found that it's perfectly sufficient without creamer when it's cold if I use the right amount. I've also purchased a frother so I'm able to get a lot more foam. It's a near perfect product, now.

Mix it with coffee for home cappuccino. It has a smooth & creamy texture and tastes delicious.
