Fast delivery,received wrong item . But replacement was prompt . Service extremely satisfactory.Pros : Range is ok for a 3 bedroom flatRing / voice levels are goodCons: Battery drains fast. Handset is too smalland characters are difficult to read evenwith backlight ( dull ). It won't workwhen there is power shut down.Suggest 1)A separate battery for the transmitter which will keep unit operative during power failure2) bigger display with brighter backlight.

Problem with the transmission part and cannot hear properly… bad quality product. Waste of money!!!

Great phone .. all around ..
Everything about this is fantastic . Trust me , if you can afford then go for it . Has great speaker-phone option too.Also no interference near wifi router..!Only thing i would have wanted more was screen size.! , But the one it has gets all things done so No issuea here..!

Overall a good product. Just the ringing bell of the handset is low in sound level. Rest product is fine 👍

Very easy to setup
Like most of the phones from Panasonic, this phone was also very easy to setup. As soon as it arrived, I put it to charge for some time & started using it without a challenge. However, one of the features i miss with this phone is the phone locator feature. This model does not not have an alarm to locate the handset if you place it anywhere in the house. My previous phone had a feature wherein i could just press a button on the base unit & the handset started ringing. But with this phone the only option is to call on the landline from another phone.
