Not a good knife for commercial usage.Being a chef we usually seek near perfection in th knife blade and material including it's grip/handle. Knife has no internal rivets, kneel of all the three knife's is unbalancd. Steel used is grade c which makes the knife suitable only for household use, not for commercial or hotel usage.Indian companies such as godrej are reputed however their products lacks such reputation, in INR 1500, they can produce quality knives such as other Japanese knives as India is a major stel producer and it is not that expensive here as compared to other countries.
