Worst product and quality I have ever seen.
I place order for this product, but when I receive this product it was damage it was not working. So I requested for replacement, then after 2 to 3 days I received replaced one. But as soon as I open the box of replace one that was also not working again same problem then I requested amazon for refund, then from that time iam waiting for refund. Nearly from 10 days iam waiting there is no response from amazon, really it hurts by seeing these kind of service by Amazon such a big name.

Password reset option doesn't work
The product does not support the password reset option and I personally feel product size is very small for this price and bit heavy for kids handling
