Of course there is the surface book if you want a tablet for hardcore work but if you want an android solution which can realistically let you do day to day work (email, powerpoint, word, excel, etc.) then I cannot think of a better choice.I am not going to comment on the hardware much as it meets the expectation for the price; great build quality, excellent sound, best display out there etc.Now for the work… the pen is simply brilliant and the quick note when screen locked function means I no longer use pen and paper.My main use for this aside from the occasional movie when travelling is work with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I have a windows based one as the Samsung version has the “windows” key to toggle open apps which is useless so when you use a windows keyboard, it actually goes to the app selection view which is ideal.In DEX mode, this is a genuine laptop replacement for me as I have the office suite and a few other productivity apps which work perfectly. Multiple windows, easy toggle, loads of browsers and video calls with no lag whatsoever. Also, plug in a USB C adapter and I can present in 1080P it seems with no bother.However, it’s effectiveness does depend a little on how well, if at all the apps are Dex optimised for DEX mode.Fingerprint sensor would have been handy as the iris scanner can be a little hit and miss.

Overall an OK experience. The device I received was set to “Hong Kong (Chinese)” language and so upon turning the tablet I was faced with the need to search for Youtube in order to determine how to actually change the device language to English (I had no hope of figuring it out on my own with everything being in Chinese) so that took me a little while. Looking at the feedback from others it appears this seller does source their Tablets from around the globe and so perhaps it’s a bit of a lottery as to where the Tablet you get will actually originate from. But after I had changed the language I didn’t really have any other issues. Although everything did appear to be security sealed, the tablet itself did not enter in to any kind of device set-up journey - which most brand new devices I have purchased and switched on for the first time usually do. I must confess did make me somewhat suspicious that the device had previously been used or at least switched on before. However everything inside the box was intact and appeared to be in new condition so I wasn’t too bothered. Device came quickly so no major complaints with anything. I believe you can buy with confidence from this seller as long as you are prepared to be faced with a device that is not set to English as the default language (and you are OK to change this in the settings like I did).

The media could not be loaded. A verry good item just like in description many thanks to the seller for being a onest person, using this tablet for 2-3 weeks now, still pround of it.

I set him up and put his kindle on it, and he loves it.

Very happy in general with the Tab S4. Great screen, camera, battery life. Like the DevX feature. But I find the on-screen keyboard very frustrating as it keeps repeating letters. Each time I type I have to go back and correct 2 or 3 words per sentence. Is this a known problem and can it be corrected?

Camera failed after 15 moths then the keyboard accessory fails to use several letters. Poor quality as noted by others.

Bought as a gift.Seems OK. Early days so difficult to assess. She likes it which was object of the exercise. Seems an awful lot of money for what it is but there you go.
