Its clearly visible before opening packet that its damaged.i dont think so its due to transportation.seller please check product before you courier.see the broken part.which even missing in the box.as somebody already checked.but send intentially this product.crack on body.bell is working but need replacement because of damaged product.will change my review after getting product in good condition and in working.
