Very efficient and powerful water heater
This water heater is quite compact in dimensions compared to other models. Has 10 ltr of capacity and heats up water just as quickly as other water heaters. What I like is that this one can store hot water for an avg 6 hours after turning off the power supply. We use it in the morning and after turning it off we can still get hot water later in the day. Pretty useful for power saving. Also, I like the look and design. Looks like an expensive product. All good so far.

Worst product ever bought
I am writing this review after using this geyser for 3 season. The product worked fine for 3 season and then suddenly the tank started leaking. Called cc and informed them that the tank has 5 years of warranty and needs to be changed. They charged 350 plus gst for technician visiting charges. Told me the tank will be changed for free of cost but the assembly to the new tank will be chargeable at 1850 plus other charges. This is the worst product and customer care ever faced. Will never buy any Orient product ever. Pathetic products Pathetic service.

Leaked Gyeser delivered and after sales complaint resolution is utterly disatisfying.
Received a defective piece. How can a brand like Orient sell defective piece.Complete leakage of the water gyeser as soon as you open the inlet valve.Most importantly, complaint redressal system is the worst. I lodged a complaint but I am writing after 3 days yet the complaint is to be resolved.... I have never seen such a bad after sale service.
