Nutricost D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) Powder 500G - DAA Supplement

This stuff works for a 60 year old with low-T (half of low end of scale). I doubt it would do much for a young healthy male. When I take Lisinopril HCTZ, the good effects from DAA die quickly and I crash harshly. Difficult choice.I have been prescribed testosterone shots, tried them once for 5 monthly shots, quit four months, then again for 3 shots. Side effects of the shots were: hair turning grey and falling out, testicular shrinkage, prostate/ urinary problems, body odor became strong and pungent. Second try- side effects happened sooner. I cannot confirm shots caused it, but I felt more joint pain.The only side effect I have confirmed with D-Aspartic Acid is change in pungency of BO. The positive side is increased energy, better attitude/ mood, more confidence. Some erection improvement and definitely more interest in pursuing my wife. I feel about thirty-five, think like I am 18 while using it. These positives are essentially as good as the shots were and seem to be reproducible daily, but I have taken DAA less than a month. The shots were only good for one week out of the month.It tastes like adding lemon to water, does not dissolve well in water. I stir continuously to keep it in suspension. I found that timing makes a big difference (very empty stomach needed). I drink two cups of black coffee after arising, then take this, before drinking my other two cups of coffee (all half caffeine). Then I eat my breakfast of oatmeal, brewers yeast, and flax seed meal. The best effects come if I eat bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich instead (Saturday breakfast). Possibly it is fat soluble, or testicles use the fat, or I just slept later. This stuff tells the testicles to make MY OWN TESTOSTERONE, not artificial like shots. I usually alternate days: M-W-F-Sat. If I skip two days I get old and tired again.Update: This dissolves better in warm water than cold. It dissolves in my saliva/mouth if eaten directly.

Maybe you heard that this is a good testosterone booster. Yeah, I'm sure you have done your research about this amino acid. What you're here for is to see if this brand is worth it.YES. It's quite a lot of powder. If you take 1 teaspoon of this stuff daily (which I would NOT recommend to take it all at once . . . space it out throughout the day . . . and I wouldn't suggest to take that much every day for the long term . . . unless your citric acid cycle is really shot (and you're not taking l-proline, l-citrulline, or l-orthionine in addition, which all are produced from the citric acid cycle)), it will last you 6 months or more.So I would recommend to have a separate container that is your "go to container" and leave this powder in this container closed tightly so that it stays as fresh as possible.And if you're worried that this is the most acidic amino acid, just keep this mind. Have a l-citrulline supplement handy to counteract the acidity (because l-citrulline has the highest PH of all amino acids). And again, the idea is to help out the citric acid cycle process in your cells. Taking any one of the amino acids mentioned in this review will do that. (Taking any type of mineral bonded with "citrate" will have the same benefits in that regard.)

Take a scoop in the AM and one before bed. I definitely noticed the effects within days. I pair it with tribulus and they work well together. The d aspartic acid is priced reasonably compared to other brands.

Has a lemon taste to it. I mix it with tea and it works out. Love the company. It mixes mostly well but some small specks don't dissolve

I bought this product after doing some research about D-Aspartic and it's benefits. The shipping was quick and was here within a few days! This product is simple and effective, and especially effective if combined with other test boosting supplements like Tongkat, Tribullis, Zinc, Vitamin D to name a few. It's exactly what the label says, the taste is a little bitter, similar to citrus. I would definitely do some homework and figure out how to cycle this product with your other performance enhancers.But yea, overall, this product is very affordable for the amount of servings you get and I had noticeable differences in strength and recovery since using this product. Like I said earlier, if used in sync with other test boosters it's even more effective!The labeling and dosing instructions are very vague so read up on how and when to take it. I took it by accident mid-tennis match thinking it was my BCAA's and I nearly immediately had an upset stomach. (Still won the match though)Cheers

I ordered this as part of my pre-workout supplement mix. It does a great job at raising testosterone levels. Do make sure if you use this that you take it in cycles though. On for about 10 days off for about 10 days...As for the taste... This will make your water taste something Like lemonade ... It has a rather acidic taste to it... (as it should being a Acid)...As for the price... I don't think anyone can beat what celusyn offers for price/ quality .....The only con I have is how the scoop is for this particular product they have. The handle is quite long and bends very easy making it difficult to measure correctly sometimes .... I cut the handle down by several inches ... Maybe they can look at putting it into a shorter tub rather than something so tall ...Otherwise Great Product

While I have not yet felt a difference in the five days I have been using the product, I did want to comment on the value of the product. There is a lot of product in this little container. It will last you a long time. One thing I did want to warn people about, is that this product does not dissolve in water. That is due to the product itself not being soluble in water and is the not the brands fault. Due to this, I found that the best way to consume it, is the take a mouthful of the liquid of your choosing and scoop the product directly into your mouth. Then you can swallow and you might have some granules that you need to swallow, but there is no wasted product. I would recommend this product.
