Bought to make gummies and they set really fast, it was a fast delivery too

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. It doesn't dissolve properly and the syrups turn out lumpy. But more importantly it has a chemical smell and an even stronger chemical taste. I've tried it with different proportions of powder to water or juice and I have to use very little agar agar to a lot of juice to get rid of the that taste- but then the agar agar isn't strong enough. Wish I could return this :(

Edit: The sellers have proactively reached out, apologised, and given me a refund without me even asking for it. I was so impressed with their kind customer service. I expect I was just unlucky here, and would love to continue to support the company as they are clearly very committed.**********Perhaps I got a bad batch, but this smelt really fishy, and didn’t set as well as another brand I then tried.
