Panasonic NN-CT56JBBPQ Slimline Combination Microwave Oven, Black

This is a really good machine. Not difficult to learn to use it after years of having a different make. It is a little noisy but it works so well as a convection oven, as a microwave and as a combination and the grill is a delight!

Love this microwave oven. So good that this is the second one I have bought. Used every day. Delivery excellent - arrived exactly on time.

As an oven, works on about 1700 W, so just over half what the main oven uses. Exactly what I needed for cooking an individual frozen fish. Oven cooking takes a bit of getting used to, reducing temps etc. Results are good, but the top of whatever is in the oven gets more well done than the bottom, but you can get good results with practice. Microwave is powerful, and works well. Defrost function is great.Some minor niggles. Clock can't be turned off to save power. Quick microwave required 2 presses, not one. Would be better if the microwave power was the top button rather than the third one down, and more tactile buttons would be better. Also, the feet slide a bit, so when you press the button to open the door, the microwave move back across the counter, and needs pulling back out again to keep it straight. Very good microwave and I don't regret the purchase, but it could be better. Note, for us I wanted an inverter microwave oven for more balanced power consumption, rather than stepped loading, better for powering from solar power and batteries rather than the grid.

Great price of kit easy to use looks great

Seems like a well made, quality product. We previously had a Panasonic combination microwave for about 12+ years -- it was still working okay, but wanted to get another just in case the old one failed. It's great to have a cooker that is essentially both a small conventional oven and a microwave oven. The conventional oven part of the microwave is often more energy-saving for just 2 people, instead of using our main big oven. The black-coloured Panasonic NN-CT56JBBPQ fits in nicely with our other kitchen stuff. It's flexible, easy to use, and the controls seem similar to our earlier Panasonic. A good price: an investment. Well-packaged, securely laid out. Thank you.

Easy to use but the bulb has gone after 7 months of use every day. A little reappointed in this. Thankfully doesn't affect use just being able to see food cooking as I do use it for baking. As it is u der a year old hopefully panasonic can help. I would certainly buy another and actually looking to do so.
