QSCK12 Outdoor Cover for K12/K12.2 Speakers

I bought these last year and have only had to use them a couple of times, but I'm glad I had them. I DJ weddings in Louisiana and we get stray showers just pop up. A couple of times I was glad I had these covers because I had set up my speaker for an outdoor ceremony and before the ceremony started it started to rain a little. Because I had the covers on, I didn't have to worry about any damage to the speaker at all. Once it stopped raining, I went outside, wiped off the drops of water on the covers, peeled back the front cover to allow the speaker to be exposed and was ready for the ceremony.With the cost of these speakers, I don't need just a little bit of water to ruin them. Definitely worth the cost to protect a valuable investment.

As a professional Disc Jockey and MC with over 30 years of experience, I have learned that my most valuable investment in my business is my euqipment and how I mantain and protect it. Recently I updated my sound systems to include several sets of QSC K12's and QSC K8;s. I normally do the majority of my work or gigs inside but on occasion my gigs take me outside into the elements of mother nature. That being said, I took the extra step and purchased the outdoor covers for my speakers. I can tell yoyu hands down one of the other best pruchases I have made. These covers are outstanding. The are extremely convienent to use, are very versitile and give my speakers a clean and professional look while on stands at an outdoor gig. The front mesh panel keeps you speakers covered without interruping sound and you can keep the panel close until you are ready to use them. At a recent outdoor gig it began to rain. i can't put into words how pleased I was with the protection these covers gave with regards to the heavy nylon weather protection material used for these covers. Just outstanding. So if you want to protect your nvestment (equipment) I highly recommend these covers..dp.

I love my K-12's, so I figured I should be ready to protect them when necessary. I bought the covers and three days later was at a wedding where it started to pour. Not a sprinkle, I mean heavy rainfall for nearly 2 straight hours! The event was delayed, but as soon as the sun came out I unzipped the front of the covers, turned on the K-12's, and boom - everything was perfect! I was nervous when the rain started, but had a feeling all was going to be okay upon initial inspection of the clearly well made/designed covers. They're padded and have zipper openings in the back for cables, and tough Velcro for the top handle.These are event savers in tough conditions. I was very pleased with how well they took the rain, then the front mesh protected my K-12's again from rowdy drunks at a packed St. Patty's bar the following week. Invest in your investment!

These are awesome covers! If you want to protect your investment then buy these covers. If you set up speakers outdoors they will give you the convenience of feeling protected whether it rains or not. Even if it does not rain you will always have some moisture that may be a problem and these covers help keep it away from the speaker. The design allows you to plug in your cables with the cover on then unzip the part of the cover that allows the sound to travel through a mesh material. Also, on the side and on top are velcro flaps that let you access the handles of the speakers. These covers work great!

I have to say I have been very impressed with my QSC products. The Speakers are awesome and the speaker tote bag provides great protection in between gigs. Every so often, I have to use my speakers outside, these covers worked very well. They protected my k12's from a downpour; they were worth every penny spent. I recommend everyone that owns QSC speakers go out and purchase these outdoor covers and tote bags!!!

Why spend $700-800 on speakers and not protect your investment at an outdoor gig? Well made and well thought-out in design.
