I am so happy to have found a 4oz bottle for an amazing price. I could only find 1oz bottles locally. I have only had this brand . Made a huge difference in my mood and overall energy level. Hot flashes have decreased significantly since taking it. I'm 44 so I'll take the help I can get.

One of my go-to stress reliever! This day in age more and more people use harmful substances to quell or cope with stress. I wish more people knew about these amazing Ayurvedic herbs. I rarely drink and do not use any other pharmaceuticals or substances to calm down, so these herbs have been a blessing. The best part? You cannot truly "overdo" it with Ayurvedic herbs. They're adaptogenic, which means they build up in your body and work better and better the longer you use them. I highly recommend! (I also use the Ashwaganda).

I have use this for 10 years. Don't get colds. ( Note: I am 70 years old.) 4 years without flu shot and no flu. Of course I do take other supplements , but trust this Herb.

I adore Holy Basil... helps me feel calm, yet energetic. This is supposed to help with cholesterol as well, so I am anxious to go back and get mine tested after using it for a couple of months. Hope it helps with that too!

The best Holy Basil extract. Tried other Holy Basil extracts and nothing came close to this. Was recommended by my Naturopathist to prevent my occasional cold and sinus infections along with lack of energy.Grew up munching real fresh Holy Basil in India and when I say this is close to the fresh leaves you can trust me on that :)Looking back it has definitely helped my sinus and kept my energy levels up.

I was unsure about this as I have been using Gaia brand for a while, but I have been very pleased with it. Excellent price and a good quality product. I use this for my special needs child and am very picky what I give him. This product passes the overprotective mom test.

I started taking this 3 months ago to help lower cortisol and to prevent cancer reaccurance.I take it when I first get up of a morning and I can feel within 30 minutes the energy it gives me. Very nice when I haven't had that great of a night sleep. I like the larger bottle. Better value for sure.
