Not too good...the foam is very weak...it loses it's thickness when the ball is heeting the surface of the foam

Absolutely fabulous
It's a very good piece of equipment for any level of coaching. I have to use a double grip as I had broken my thumb during wicketkeeping. But all coaches have this as a wonderful tool.
