Beautiful set, but one saucer was broken.
The tea set is beautiful and will be a welcome addition to our home. The colors were bright and vivid on every piece. My only issue was one saucer was broken (see pictures). So far, I have been unable to get a replacement from the Royal Albert Store for just this one saucer. I'm hopeful they have open stock so I can get that one saucer to make the set complete. Amazon can't help with that since the set comes from a third-party manufacturer (Royal Albert Store), I'll keep trying. :-)

Loved it, but Items where broken unfortunately
Wife wanted this so bad, got it for half on Amazon resale. But I wish they would label this out with a FRAGILE label or tape as the shipping department did not care or knew how pricey it’s the item.Teapot-some teacups, Sugar, and some saucers unfortunately broken and there’s not more available on resale for now. But the only problem it’s the label…Hope Amazon start to label crystal as fragile for shipping. I just don’t get why Royal Albert don’t use bubble or some other cushion. Maybe they feel it takes the elegance out 👁️👁️
