Great item has cranberry in them so you don’t have to an extra cranberry supplement!Along with all the main vitamins and supplements included great addition or replacement for your daily regimen.

Most complete supplement I've ever taken. I do add more red mineral algae calcium, magnesium and zinc, plus some others for specific other conditions. But with this as my standby, I feel like I've got my bases covered as far as basic supplementation.

Wish I read the description before purchasing, having to take 4 capsules a day is excessive. The point of a multivitamin is to eliminate so many servings. Complete waste, and so inconvenient.
