Q: How tall does the sign post stand above ground? I saw the measurement of 60" but all saw in product dimensions 70"?

I measured our sign from the tip of the post cap to the ground and it is 66 inches tall. The arm height ( from the ground to the top of the arm) is 56 inches. Hope that helps. Frank

Q: I had my sign up in a windy neighborhood and the rider piece and the end pieces flew off. Can I buy parts?

Yes if you contact the company direct you can purchase parts over the phone and they will ship them. They have great customer service. There are some common parts available on line and I believe through amazon if you search 4ever Products

I use 18x24 coroplast signs; they fit well. If ordering new signs, get them with grommets on the top; otherwise you'll have to poke holes in the sign to attach to the post. There are clamps on the top of the post for riders like COMING SOON or JUST SOLD and coroplast signs work well there also; mine are size 6x24.

A 24" wide sign will fit this real estate post. Most will use a 24" x 24" or a 24" x 30" (tall) sign.
