I have large calves and was concerned about them being too tight. But these fit perfectly. I like that they have a wide band at the top, so it doesn't cut off my circulation. They are great for long flying trips. My legs didn't swell at all during or after our cross-country flight. And they are very comfortable. Watch a YouTube video about how to put them on easily. You turn them inside out. Stick your feet in them and then roll them up.

These sox are amazing. They are expensive, I suppose, when you just think about sox, but the quality, in my opinion, is in line with the cost. My legs not only feel 10x better, but they look much healthier. This is the first pair of compression sox I have purchased, but based on recommendations, and now my own experience, I still think they are worth it. I ordered three more pair.

Work and fit well

These socks cost twice what other support socks cost. They are thicker, easier to put on, but don't stay up on my calves as well as the other brand which I love (having tried several), Sockwell. But I do like these socks, I have every color, because of the ease, and they still do the job. So I have to award them a 5, even with my reservations.

Keep swelling down on knees!

...the medium size fits perfectly and right below the knee. The top band doesn't pinch, stays up and the sock is comfortable despite having blood clots and swelling below the knee. Very satisfied. Would buy more except these are damn expensive. Still, to avoid blood vessel damage and the fact they do the job, these were an excellent buy. These are the best compression socks I have worn and I guess the price reflects that.

Nice socks but run small. Wear size 13 shoe. XL were too small in that they will inky come to mid calf.

Unfortunately, I have to wear compression socks for the rest of my life , having had 2 separate surgeries, 10 yrs apart for varicose veins. These are my favorite! They have a roomy and soft foot section and the band at the top is wide so it doesn’t cut into your legs. The calf portion is sturdy and stays up. My legs feel energized all day when I wear these. They feel so good I can even to go to the gym after work.
