Not for making gelato
It’s advertised as a gelato machine but it’s not. Gelato machines spin at slow speed but this machine spins very fast it is for an American style ice cream. This machine is difficult to use and the metal on the external is so sharp like a knife very dangerous.And no! It’s not 15 litres capacity maybe only 5 litres.
