Colors appear darker
This product is of quality, it left my hair very soft and shiny. It evened out all the color (blonde at the ends, darker roots + grow out) in my hair. The reason for three stars is because my hair came out way darker than planned. I got 5-1 light ash brown and 6-0 dark blonde and mixed them with equal parts 20% developer. My hair came out almost black so I’d definitely recommend going lighter than you would normally when using this brand.
