Exact replacement switch

Great product
What separates this disconnect from others is that you actually have enough room to maneuver heavy gauge wires to it without interference. Great value for the money, highly recommend.

I bought as a direct replacement for the one that is on my boat, I was glad to find an exact one so it would be less confusing removing battery cables.

Update: 2/26/13After installing my switch I discovered that the unit I reviewed was defective internally; the battery 1&2 setting did not work correctly. Amazon sent me a replacement unit and the switch does not have that "mushy" feel I described initially. The new switch was, of course, a drop-in replacement for me.The detents are distinct and I feel a positive "lock" when I am at the desired setting; the indicator also lines up with the labels now.A very nice switch.original review:My switch feels "mushy". the detents are nor as hard as I'd expected and it is very easy to have the switch slightly off the "fully engaged" position. My switch is also slightly mis-aligned, the marker notch on the blue handle doesn't quite line up with the colored markers on the background.Movement is smooth and it is simple to see the switch setting from a distance.The terminals on the back are mostly simply labeled as "battery 1" and "battery 2" but the "feed' lug should be called "output" IMO. lugs are very large, both in diameter and length and include split lock washers.
