Great next-gen air mattress and even better customer service
We ordered this based on the New York Times Wirecutter review and were not disappointed. The bed is so much more comfortable and sturdy-feeling than the older air mattress we've had for years, and the built in pump makes it so easy to inflate. We did manage to poke a hole in it somehow, but we couldn't find exactly where the leak was. When I called the company for advice -- even though we were beyond the warranty replacement window - they sent me a new one. That was unexpected and very much appreciated! I'm sure we will enjoy the new one for many years.

Superior product and service
I've purchased two SoundAsleep air mattresses so far (for overnight use by visitors) and couldn't be happier with this product. It's easy to inflate / deflate, stores in a bag, sleeps comfortably, and is reasonably priced. Also, their customer service is state-of-the-art. When one of my mattresses developed a slow leak several months after purchase, Casey at SoundAsleep was immediately responsive and shipped a replacement - no questions asked. This type of product support is what sets a company like SoundAsleep apart. They get my highest recommendation.

Great air mattress. Great company. Two Thumbs Up!
This is a really comfortable, reliable air mattress from a family company. Very easy to set up and break down with the electric pump. All guests who've slept on it said they had a good night's sleep, including couples and my 70 year old father-in-law!After 16 months, the mattress began to deflate about 25% overnight for no apparent reason. There was no hole to be found and air wasn't escaping through the pump either (I examined and tested rigorously). Despite being outside of the warranty period, the good people at SoundAsleep immediately sent me a new air mattress when I contacted them and explained the situation. At a time when customer service feels like it's at an all-time low, it's really refreshing to communicate quickly and personally with a company representative.Very happy to recommend this mattress and the company!

Best bed I have had for a very long time. (July 2023 Addendum)
First, the basics. I purchased a "SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology". The size I purchased is a Twin XL. Everything that I read in the description for this Air Mattress is correct. The bed, out of the box, inflated in 5 minutes or less. The bed came very well packed in a box, and while the box had a few impact marks, the bed and the bag that it came packed in were in perfect condition. It also comes with a patch kit with I believe, enough material to patch two holes. The top has a waffled effect and it is "flocked", if that is the correct term. I like both as the "waffle" effect allow my shoulders and head to "sink into" the bed and for my back to get more support. The flocking is almost a skid resistant surface "holds" both blankets and sheets pretty much stay in place and prevents them from sliding around on the bed. The bed also has, when inflated, a kind of a raised bumper all the way around the edges which is very nice as it tells you where you are on the bed if you need to know. The top is supposed to be easy to clean which is a feature I hoped I would never have to us. Of course, that is not the case. On about the fifth night of sleeping on the bed I noticed that there was something on the mattress which turned out to be a piece of pie crust from one of the blankets I was using. The pie crust left an oily mark about two inches square. A little dish soapy water and the oily mark came right off and the mattress looks as good as new. No problem with the flocking coming off either. This is the most comfortable bed I have slept on in many, many years. My wife likes a bed that is almost rock hard which leaves my back and neck without support and aching when I get up in the morning. With this air mattress I can now adjust the bed to just how firm or soft I want it. I keep the bed inflated all the time and, so far, have only had to add air to it about every four to five days ~ 20-30 seconds and the mattress is back just where I like it. While the inflation/deflation fans are somewhat loud, only using them for 20-30 seconds once a week really makes the noise a non-issue. The electric cord for the fans even has a nice storage place built into the mattress to keep it out of the way.I was also concerned about getting hot sleeping on what is really a plastic surface. So far, I have been perfectly comfortable on this mattress. I suspect the flocking helps with that as well.I realize that this mattress is not really supposed to be an every night forever kind of a bed, but I am going to use it like that for as long as I can. I have been sleeping on it for six or seven weeks and have enjoyed it every night. When it wears out, provided it is still available, I will happily purchase another one.Addendum: One day earlier this week, it is now July 21, 2023, my Dream Series air mattress finally stopped retaining its air. At first it was a very slow leak, about 12 hours for the mattress to get "squishy". Last night it only took about 5 hours. Today I called the SoundAsleep support number and spoke with Casey. I can honestly say that for as much as I like the mattress, the customer support is even better. Not only was Casey pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to, she is going to replace my mattress and has even expedited the shipping on it. Yes, even though I am using the mattress as my long term bed which it is not meant for. So, in a couple of days I will have a new "dream" series mattress! The only drawback to this whole experience is that now I have to renew my search for an air mattress that is actually meant to be a "long term" bed and keep my SoundAsleep mattress as a backup. I sure hope I can find one that comes close to being as comfortable as my SoundAsleep mattress. This product and this company are keepers!

Comfortable, Convenient & Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased the SoundAsleep Dream Series Luxury Air Mattress (Queen Size) and was very impressed with its comfort and ease of use. The built-in pump makes inflation and deflation effortless, and the double-height design feels much more like a real bed compared to other air mattresses. The flocked top helps keep sheets in place, and I never felt overly warm while sleeping on it.For short-term use, this mattress is fantastic—perfect for guests and temporary sleeping arrangements. However, after several weeks of minimal use, mine developed a slow air leak, requiring reinflation every few hours. While this was disappointing, I have to say that SoundAsleep’s customer service was absolutely incredible. Even though my mattress was three months out of warranty, they personally called me and, without hesitation, sent me a brand-new replacement. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly exceeded my expectations.Overall, I’d highly recommend this mattress for occasional use, and I cannot say enough good things about SoundAsleep’s customer service—they truly stand behind their product!
