I have been using this phone for 1 1/2 months. It came with no marks or damage of any kind. The Stylus works fine. I use it all the time. The battery holds 80% , or more, charge. All functions that I have used work. It comes with Android 9, a charger, and Stylus. Delivery was very quick. I would by from this Seller again!

The phone arrived a day early. The condition was remarkable.I visited Verizon to port my number to this phone.The last step in the process is to install the SIM card and reboot the phone.Message: This phone is locked by SPRINT..I left a bad review and received a phone call within the hour or Saturday.They shipped a replacement phone. The replacement arrived in perfect condition like the first.I swapped the SIM card to the new phone. Turned it on and it worked.I have updated my review.

Bought for my daughter she loved it

This phone is refurbished but works like new. This is the second one I've purchased and I have be very happy with both of them. I originally bought the Note 8 when it first came out (for $1000+). and I wish I would've just waited. I will never buy a new $1K phone again, it's just not worth it when a year later you can get the same phone for literally a quarter of the price. In addition, I have decided to no longer give these insurance companies my monthly $11-$15 anymore because with these phones, you still have to pay $250 in addition to your monthly fees, in order to get a replacement. Why bother when you can just buy one of these? Definitely worth the money, and with prime, it comes in a day!

The phone works pretty smoothly and has nice features as expected. Also looks like new. The only issue I find is that the battery runs down two quickly. I upgraded from another Samsung galaxy phone and the battery life on that phone was much more effective than this galaxy note 8. Apart from that the phone works well. I have been using it for 3 weeks now.UPDATE: Dec. 19,2020I really wanted this to work. Especially since I had waited so long to upgrade my phone. I purchased this phone and had it sent to me in Jamaica. I have been using the phone for approximately two months now and it has started to malfunction. The screen started to flicker and went blank at times on the 15th of Dec. I sent the phone back to the seller all the way from Jamaica to be delivered back to the seller.This entire situation has cost me what I never bargained for. I had to pay to get the phone back to the U.S which was very frustrating for me and my pocket. I am also currently without a phone as a result of this phone malfunctioning so quickly. I have bought phones and laptops before on amazon and I never encountered any problems such as this one. The seller conveyed that they are only in a position to repair the phone instead of replacing it based on the 90 day warranty which I find very unfair because I have only used this phone for approximately 2 month! The phone was delivered in the U.S on the 19th of September . 2020 and I only got it sent to me in Jamaica in the month of November... Amazon has promised to address the matter so that I can get a proper redress because it would only be fair for me to get a a proper refund or proper replacement since the phone is not working properly. I await amazon’s feedback.

C, Learning how to use bixby!! I was annoyed with this useless feature at first until i learned how to use it. You can literally make any command, then a list of things to do when you say those words to bixby. For instance I say "(Hey Google)good morning" and it tells me my to-do list, schedule for the day, weather, and traffic and can even give an event from that day in history!I got this as a business phone. I bought it for the feature where popping the s pen out on the lockscreen lets you take and save notes without unlocking your phone, its awesome!The battery life is great also though i don't have an elaboration for that.This phone is huge. It is just over 6 inches long and just almost 3 inches wide (don't quote me just a lose measurement) Great for games!I have this kinda crappy phone case on it (link at bottom) with no plastic screen cover. I've dropped it over and over and there is no damage BUT there are some minor scratches on the screen now so I recommend the screen cover for sure. I hope this helped you out. Absolutely love this phone. Came in good condition no scratches and easy to use. Glad that I purchased through Amazon and didn’t pay a arm and a leg. Battery life is the only thing thats a problem, but like any Samsung phone there are ways to save it. Highly recommend this purchase if you have Verizon and just need to swap out your sim to another phone.

I usually don't write reviews just because it's time consuming but I figured that I'd start because if more people wrote them, and made their experiences public it would help everyone. This phone showed up in immaculate condition and worked perfectly. To be honest, it looks and operates like brand new. Maybe I just got lucky and got a good one, but it is pretty much perfect.
