Effective for me.
Most do not realize the value of this product. Many years ago in the 70's we raised show goats. I used wheat germ in my feed mix and the difference in their coats was remarkable. I have continued to use this nutrient for years and my hair remains supple. I am in my 70's, my hair still grows fast and I have no gray.

Original order was not received and a replacement was sent before my friend left her hotel so I am very grateful.I sometimes chew mine and the flavor is definitely not unpleasant. The gel capsule is fairly hard which I assume helps to prevent the from bursting easily, which happens sometimes with other gel tablets I take.Good value for money. This was my 2nd time using this product and I would continue to do so in the future.
