Not very happy unfortunately
For some reason it just makes your hair look weird but it gives you hair a good hold and I don’t like the smell .

Anti CGM
Do not use this on curls!! Not CG friendly, has drying alcohol and silicones that are damaging to the hair

I buy loosening pudding here since it's impossible to find in stores & works GREAT for my 3A/B curl
PICTURE: Note that this is after about 14 hours from initial application, so the fact that the "helix" in front is still intact is pretty good!I have to admit that I never thought I'd be buying this from Amazon, but anyone with curly hair who likes Garnier products KNOWS that they like to change products on us. I found this after they eliminated a previous curly hair product that worked really well for me, and now the loosening pudding is not a single store shelf near me.I towel dry my hair and apply a little bit to my palms and run it through the lower part of my hair, then use my fingers to twirl curls to help define them and let them air dry. This picture is after I've been out and then sitting with the back of my head against the sofa, so that's why it does look a little matted, but this was taken about 14 hours after I initially applied the loosening pudding.I will tell you that I have since bought the following new (as of spring 2019) products, which do not deliver the same results as this product:- Garnier Fructis Curl Treat Butter Hydrating Leave-in Styler to Shape Curls (it doesn't work as well and the smell is overpowering) - kind of crunchy and I *detest* when my hair ends up crunchy!!-Garnier Fructis Curl Treat Jelly Shaping Leave-in Styler to Shape Curls (same results - it doesn't work as well and the smell is overpowering)-Garnier Fructis Curl Treat Smoothie Defining Leave-in Styler for Soft Curls (I had higher hopes for this one, but again, its smell is overpowering and it doesn't work as well)The ONLY product on store shelves that (currently, seems like that's a relevant caveat for Garnier) comes close to the same results without an overpowering fragrance is:-Garnier Fructis Curl Nourish Butter Cream, which comes in a round bottle, a lighter shade of green than what the company's current products come in.

Would not recommend for natural hair
I purchased this cream thinking it would do as advertised and stretch my natural (African-American) curls and provide a bit of definition. While there was a slight amount of definition and it makes hair soft, there was no elongation and it does not moisturize. If you were questioning whether this works on natural/African-American hair, the answer is no. Invest in other products.

It doesn’t make your hair dry and hard like gel and worth the price!
I have been using this pudding/cream from garnier for more than 3 years now and I can say it’s the best ever! The price is awesome, the smell is great and works well for everyday use. It doesn’t make your curl hard like a gel but keeps the frizz away and make the curl look clean usually for up to 2 days which is very good for a curly hair girl!I usually add couple drop of oil to it for more nourishing the ends of my hair!!* let your hair air dry and when it’s almost dry but still a little moist, wet your hand and take some of the cream plus couple drop of your favorite hair oil and apply to your hair ( this make your curl happy)!Definitely worth every penny and will buy more and more and tell everyone who has a curly hair to buy!

My curl saving hero
I have 3B/3C curls and absolutely LOVE this cream!!! Had to buy on here because I can no longer find it in the 4 closest walmarts to me. This keeps my curls moisturized, really shows the curl pattern, adds shine and smells so good. Best of luck with your curls!

Simply the best for my curly 3b? 3c? hair
This is like the dream product I've been looking for for years. There are gel products that I've used that I like, but they leave my hair crunchy and untouchable. This defines my curls in the same way, but leaves it soft. I let my hair air dry with a teaspoon--more or less depending upon the weather--on my medium length hair. I don't mess with the curls until they are totally dry and I usually leave them alone, but with Curl Stretch if careful I can run my fingers through the curls without creating frizz.
