Easy to handle, beautiful looking, great for tea time!!

I bought these for a friend as a gift. I was lucky enough to actually be there to see her open and use them for the first time. She loved them on site. Also important to mention, I have other cups that are more expensive and more ornate at home, but the handles on those cups get very hot when first filled. The glass in these cups is dense enough that the handles stay cool and are easy to handle even when filled with liquid that has been boiling.

It is small didn't expect like this and I get dirty in package.

Although I’ve never seen Turks use tea cups like this, the cut of the glass is very Turkish. They are made well, from thick glass, so they seem durable, and the built-in bottom means we can put it on our coffee table without a coaster. I don’t see any seams or manufacturing flaws, so highly recommend.

Most of the glasses have a hairline mark/crack running down from the lip of the cup to about halfway down or more. Otherwise look good but the hairline imperfection is an eyesore.

When it comes to a commodity product such as this tea set, the important characteristics are fairly obvious. It is a nicely manufactured product, free of any flaws and it arrived in an unbroken and promptly usable form. The glass thickness is just right to prevent it from breaking during delivery or as a result of simple mishandling. The form and shape of the cups are functional and easy to hold, and the handles allow you to hold the cup comfortably without burning your fingers if the tea is really hot. And I think the price is pretty reasonable. All in all, this is a nice tea set.
