The media could not be loaded. Bought this grinder for father. When he first used it, it bent its shaft and ground itself against the housing. Contact customer service bc it was past 30 day amazon warranty. After 2 months of slow replies and sending multiple videos and pictures. They denied any warranty bc I was a resident and not a business and told me if I took it to a repair place they may warranty it if it’s under a certain cost and they are approved by them. All they would say is this is a new style grinder where you have to run only frozen meat thought it and any problem is a problem with you not there product. So stuck with a $1800 paper weight with a $400 bill for a new shaft if I did want it fixed. Do not buy pro-cuts products!!!

Grinds well. The auger appears to be soft.. ground one season and its out of true. I Wouldn't grind bone or semi frozen meat through it.
