Not too thrilled with this order.
The water softener comes in pieces and was delivered in two separate delivery. First got just the tank without pre-reinstalled controller. Second delivery include the rest of staff but it was 5 hours later. In the past a tank came fully assembled and ready to connect to water supply and brine tank. Had to assemble all, controller, yoke, valves etc. if you have a plumber do this not a big deal, but if you DIY, it may be a bit intimidating. Also, after installation the water was briefly lightly brawn but then clear out…thinking the risen was in the piping outside the tank. Than water tased quite salty. Called manufacturer customer service and was told to reduce the grain capacity. So I did but still can taste little bit of salt, but not as much. The biggest head scratcher is that I bought 32k system and to reduce the salt water tased you need to reduce the system capacity to 24k. What the heck. So, what’s the point of buying 32k system if you can’t use whole system capacity. The consumer support wasn’t very helpful. And was kind of ...”you want water to taste less salty you need to reduce the system capacity so it uses less salt to regenerate”. By their logic I would need to get 48k system and run 32k capacity to taste less salt in the water. Crazy.

Excellent customer service and product.
All the problems were the result of me not following instructions. ALL ISSUES were immediatley corrected by Mark from Abundant Flow Water Systems. Following up emails pointed me in the right direction, the inlet and outlet connections were opposite of my prior softwater installs. The manual was clear along with photos. This caused resin in all my house fittings, a real pain and again my fault. Tons of help on youtube. Nice unit and would by again from this vendor.
