This pillow is amazing!! I was not given or gifted this pillow.I struggle with keeping my neck aligned at night and this is amazing! I wake up with soreness in my neck if it’s not aligned.I have tried 5+ different pillows from Amazon all claiming to be “shredded memory foam” pillow. To my surprise close to all of them were a mix of foam and come kind of cotton or fiber. However, this is the only true 100% shredded memory foam pillow that I have received.What truly sold me on this pillow what is the fact that there were three compartments. The issue I was having with other pillows was that the filling in the pillow stuffing was supportive initially and then by the morning it had moved! I don’t want to constantly wake up to adjust my pillow!The feeling is amazing and supportive and 100% adjustable to fit your specific needs.I love this pillow and I think you will to!It’s hard to justify the price tag but in my case, it was totally worth it!

I get jaw pain from clenching at night and needed a new pillow that would help position my head to encourage my jaw to be more relaxed. I'm petite, and many of the other contoured pillowed I tried were too tall for me especially for back sleeping - my neck would get pushed out too far or my head would be too elevated. Or if it worked for back sleeping, the steep, firm sides for side sleeping would push into my jaw if my head tilted to the side while sleeping on my back. (Those firm ones also tended to push into my jaw and ear too much if I tried to sleep on my side.) I also tried a couple of buckwheat pillows, and I didn't like that I had to adjust them every time I went to sleep or changed positions.This pillow feels like it's cradling my head when I'm sleeping on my back, and it still works if I have to shift to my side. More often than not I wake up without clenched teeth because my head is parallel to the bed vs elevated. Definitely a winner out of the dozen or so pillows I tried. I did purchase an XL/extra tall king size pillow case because I found the standard king size I had caused the pillow to bunch up too thick for my needs.

This is the best cervical pillow I've ever tried. I have returned all the rest because the support was too strong and extreme. This one is just right and it's great knowing that I can adjust it if needed. I really like how the sides are elevated to keep my head from drifting off in awkward angles overnight. Highly recommend!UPDATE after 40 days of use. I no longer endorse this product. It has led to progressively worse neck pain and headaches. I can no longer use it and am stuck with an overpriced, useless pillow.

I've spent a fortune on my search for the perfect pillow. I've got severe neck issues, including degenerative disc, so I wasn't expecting miracles. However, this pillow does provide the support I need, while keeping me on my back (chronic side sleeper). It's the best I've found so far!

I've had this pillow for over a month now and have found it very difficult to sleep on. It is comfortable for back sleeping, but not at all for side sleeping. I mostly sleep on my side but wanted a pillow I could easily switch to my back when I have shoulder pain instead of actually getting a different pillow. The memory foam packs down to be very firm on the sides, and the side panels just don't seem big enough to get comfortable on my side. Also, because the memory foam packs down so hard, there really is very little difference in the way its oriented. They don't send you any additional foam, so there's no way to adjust other than take foam out. Money wasted. I wouldn't recommend it. I would return it if I hadn't purchased through Amazon. Only way to get a returnable pillow is to buy directly from their website.

I’ve tried so many pillows. Was stuck on the neck pillow from tempur pedic for years but only good for side sleeping. Too hard for back sleeping. This pillow changed the game. It’s soft but super supportive. Like sleeping on a cloud. I’ve added and removed the filling a couple times before finding the right exact side and support but it’s magical that you can customize it that way. I’d definitely give it a go if you’re struggling for the perfect sleep without neck pain. I am 5’2 and use the smaller side. It’s great.

I purchased this as a backup to the cervical pillow I bought 4 years ago that changed my life. Within days, my perpetual neck pain was gone and my sleeping improved immensely. Now that the world's opening back up, and I'm traveling again, I wanted to get one for the road. Alas, they no longer seem to make the model of my previous brand that I like so well, and researching others, this one came up as the most promising bet. Regrettably, it doesn't hold a candle to my other pillow, but it still works reasonably well. One should be aware up front that it takes almost 2 whole days for the pill to plump up to its full size after pulling it out from seriously compressed packaging, and it took mine over a week to lose that chemical factory smell (which permeated 2 pillow cases it was so strong. Also, you'll want to watch the video for best results. Something I don't care for is that one of the long sides is not as plump and supportive as the other. I guess they do this to fit different people's needs. However, if you're like me and like to turn pillows over throughout the night, it's a pain to have to keep track of which end is up, because only one side worked for me. I'm also disappointed that turning it over does not cool it down. this is a very warm pillow as pillows go. Must be something about the stuffing. A nice perk is it accommodates side sleeping if you position the pillow just right, though sometimes in the grogginess of half sleep, I found it difficult to do so. As such, I'm glad to have it as a back-up, but I hope to find a better one down the line. At present, I've yet to have any luck, so this pillow may be the best bet for now.
