I brought two of these chandeliers. They arrived promptly and were well packaged, but unfortunately some of the crystals were chipped, and there were some missing.I emailed the seller straight away, as instructed in the event of any problems.I got a quick response, with an apology and a promise of replacements being sent to me.They were good to their word, and sent me out exactly what I needed.My husband put up the base plates, and I then fitted the crystals. Each chandelier took about an hour and a half to fit them all, and it was so worth the time. They look amazing! We tried them with the nine bulbs suggested, but it was so bright, only six were needed. The photos really don't do these justice, they are absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for beautiful lights.

This chandelier is exactly what I wanted for my living room, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a touch of elegance to their home!Installation took about two hours, which is reasonable for a fixture of this complexity. While the instructions were not completely accurate and didn’t align with the actual assembly process, I managed to adjust as needed and was very satisfied with the final result. A bit of patience goes a long way, and the chandelier's beauty is well worth the effort.

Quality product.Not the easiest to fit. We bought 2 and it took us an easy 4 hrs but worth it.Very impressed with the final look and thought they looked more expensive than what we paid.One crystal was broken and the supplier sent us x2 . Can't say fairer than that!Quite a big statement piece in a room.

I find realistic reviews helpful, so here’s mine!It’s a showstopper & quite big - unfortunately there is a couple parts missing and an embellishment couldn’t be fitted as it has two holes on either side (which it shouldn’t), I’m waiting to hear back from the seller about this.It makes the living room shine. It took an electrician 2 hours to assemble & fit.Downside is I do think it’s quite pricey & im not a fan of buying something with parts missing (especially for the amount of £135)

The light bulb holder is faulty. Made a builder to make this but it was faulty product the builder was £50 and now I want a refund and I want my builder money aswell

Easy to fit, quality and is absolutely stunning. Worth the price at 50cm wide ots really a nice feature for any room

The item arrives with individual globes and links of crystal - theyre ok to install if you have time on your hands as the crystal globes and links have to be attached to the light fitting individually - however 1 of the links arrives damaged so there was a broken crystal. It arrives without the light bulbs would be better to pack them with the product
