Simple yet effective
Pretty expensive for a very simple product, but works a charm. We had a cupboard door that if fully opened knocked against a pendant light. This solved it by limiting how dar it could open. The best feature is that when the door is closed the cable silently folds up, and it has enough tension so that it doesn't sag and get in the way of the door closing.

Does the job
This cable works well and is simple to install. They overdo the "Made in the USA" thing a bit: stickers and leaflets. I half expected a US marching band to fall out of the packet too.

Simple door stop
Great way to stop kitchen unit doors etc from opening too wide. If you have a door which bangs against a wall or another door. This simple wire will stop that happening. You control the opening area when you screw it to your unit and door.

Strong. Work well
Strong and effective whilst unobtrusive

Very strong
Very useful to stop door hitting wall. Strong wire and crimped well to eyelet. Take time to locate where you want to fit it considering it doesn't foul when closing door.

Seemed a good idea
I had been looking for quite some time for a good idea for a door restraint. These restraints seemed to tick all the boxes until i fitted the third one. Taking the slack up when opening the door pulled i could see the eyelet slipping off the wire & i mean there was no bull handedness involved at all. I now cannot trust these in the long term & have removed them leaving me with nice little holes in my brand new cabinets/Doors. Clearly I don't understand why there is no kind of tension test performed when crimping them together! You do not see Bicycle Brake cables pull out when applying extreme pressure to the brakes.. Thanks for nothing, i am feeling generous with the two star rating.
