Large & Delicious
Chestnuts are huge, nice big and fat. Had a bunch of snap in crunch factor after cooking and found them to be quite delicious. Cans were packed full!

I used the water chestnuts in a stir fry. They added a nice crunch.

Sliced, not whole! No refunds!
The cans say whole, but they are all sliced. And of course there is no refund policy

DAMAGED
Three of the 4 cans in the shipment were badly damaged. Will return for credit. Damaged was not caused by packaging. Cans were dented when put in box.

beware!
1st can I opened ok...2nd can spoiled, 3rd can spoiled, 4th can ok. The 2 spoiled cans were dentedand they were so bag I had to ziplock bag them to kill the odor before throwing into the trash.I have gone back to the La choy subscribe & Save brand.
