Tamiya 74102 HG Tweezers Curved RevAction

I love detail in my model building. These tweezers default holding the item, as opposed to other tweezers where I have to apply pressure to hold the item (default being dropping the item); this was perfect for me. I tend to relax holding the part with tweezers and always drop the part. With these tweezers, I don't have to worry about dropping the part. The tweezers hold the part until I position the part and then apply pressure to release the part. Plus, this has a nice offset angle.

These are GREAT tweezers. Im one to lean towards cheaper is the same thing when it comes to things like these but thought I would give these a try and I was very wrong. These really grip things well with just the right amount of pressure no matter if big or tiny. I ended getting the straight pointed ones too after trying these for those tight spaces that were deep.

I purchased this and the cheaper one... The difference is day and night. You will only see the differences if you have both in front of you. Is it worth the extra money? Absolutely. From the firmness, to the holdings, to the edges, to the buffing and quality assurance, all worth the money to purchase a trusted and brand name like Tamiya than a cheap china-made copy that uses glue to attach the ends. In the end, you get exactly what you pay for. These tweezers are amazing for whatever job you are doing.

Incredibly sturdy with great grip! These are easily my favorite pair of tweezers with that nice wooden handle that doesn't tire out my hand. My only complaint is that there was a product sticker on the packaging window for the wood handle and it took FOREVER to get all the glue residue off but overall 10/10

No issues

I bought these for the purpose of holding on to waterslide decals for Gundam Models. When I got these I was surprised at how big this tool was. As you can see in my photo is this Tamiya pair of tweezers vs my generic brand. The reverse action is great to have since work with waterslide decals requires a little bit of finesse to get them on properly. This appear to be precision made and the ends have slots so the ends fit together flush. I am only giving this a 4/5 because I can't give it a 4.9/5. They are just a little bigger than expected but who knows maybe that will lead to something positive in a future build.

Excellent quality! Great for really small pieces that my fingers are too fat to grasp or hang onto while painting. Product from S&S Import arrived quickly and transaction was smooth.
