Used as a panel gasket.
After dismantling a tumble drier to replace both the front drum support and rear bearings I found that the original soft black foam draught excluder type tape that had been applied to many of the mating surfaces had perished overtime turning to dust and leaving only the adhesive and very noisy vibrating panels.I ordered this as it is not so compressible and when placed between panels and then screwed down it forms a perfect anti vibration gasket and seal. The machine is now quieter than ever.The release paper peels off easily and the adhesive is so strong (on clean and dry paintwork) that once its touched the surface it is virtually impossible to peel off to adjust its position.Most panels I applied this to required just straight strips cut and butted at corners but I did also need to form around a rectangular cutout with rounded corners which it did with no problems.All in all this has proved to be a perfect purchase for my intended purpose.

Had to use this tripled up as windows buckled. Fiddly to apply but worth the hassle as do help a bit. Not fully draught excluding

Thinner than expected but fit perfectly
Not very white, more greyish but still looks great on my white doorframe. Sticks well and easy to use

Very good at keeping drafts away but not sticking enough had to use sellotape

used this for my plant greenhouse, and the aim is to seal in humidity. thanks to this weather strip, I achieve humidity exceeding 90%, and it is surely water resistant too :)
