Useful book
If you plan to play the current edition of the MESBG you’ll need this book to field stuff from the lord of the rings.But it’s not the be all end all book as more lists and characters are added in the various campaign books!

Needed this for my game
Started to play this game over 15 years ago. Of course there have been some adjustment in rules and all. This book was perfect and had all the updated information. Also book was shipped quick and in great condition.

From cover was messed up
The book did not come covered in plastic and unfortunately had one spot where the cover had bunched up. This is very disappointing because of how expensive the book was.

It's Got a Lot, but Missing Key Pieces
I'm a newbie to this wargame and wanted to start to build some armies, but unfortunately it's missing any core rules on army building. Making it hard to follow what anything means, and the complexity of army keywords with no lexicon makes it really hard to understand information you can get online for free.

Arrived very damaged
MESBG is the greatest wargame of all time. This book allows you to field armies from The Lord of the Rings.Amazon marked the book as "Used - Like New." The book I received was not "Like New." The bottom corner is extremely damaged, and all of the pages are bent. This is somewhat infuriating, considering the book was very expensive and the discount for it being marked used was quite small.
