Awesome set
My four year old son LOVES this set. He used some birthday money to purchase it. The plane is cute, the boat is fun, the crane is very interactive. My son acts out so many stories with the figures. It’s great value because there are so many things in it! I wish they would make more junior sets for superhero’s and the friends!

Expensive as always but we love them.
I always think legos are too expensive. That aside, legos are freakin awesome! This set was simple enough for my 4 year old son. We had a lot of fun, me watching and being encouraging, him being proud of himself as he put it together step by step. I do love the directions as it shows which pieces and of how many and where it goes. Pictures!

Let’s talk about that Spider-Man jet and crane.
The Spider-Man jet with shooting disks is the highlight of the set. My 4 yr old son never plays with the boat, and rarely the crane. When he does play with the crane it’s to put other random LEGO builds from other sets on the hook and spin it until it flings across the room to break. My problem with the crane is if you are on carpet the water and platform part breaks away from the crane part when touched because the junction between the two isn’t secured well by design. That being said, the Spider-Man jet and minifigure is my son’s favorite LEGO build to date. That jet and minifigure always makes its way into EVERY SINGLE LEGO play scene possible. Dino’s and Spider-Man jet, yes. Police officer and Spider-Man jet, why not? Spider-Man jet and Harry Potter castle, of course! Not to mention underwater, in space, and out of LEGO world entirely and straight into the mashed potatoes on the dinner table. So overall this set is obviously worth it for the fun factor for any 4 yr old, but I’d aim to buy it at about half price. The parts to price ratio is way off so I’d wait for a good sale then go for it.Oh, almost forgot... the build was easy as expected with juniors sets.

My grandson who is 3 years old built it with little help and plays with the finished product daily.

4 year old loves it!
My 4 yr old loves this set! He has played with it everyday since he got it last week. It's the perfect set for new to Legos kids. He just needed a little assistance with the instructions when he built everything the first time. Because there are 3 smaller things it's not too overwhelming/long of a project but enough things to play with/ share.

Another LEGO hit!
Another LEGO hit! As always, easy to follow instructions. Durable. Fun kit, came with 3 separate instruction books for the different pieces. My son (4), nephew (5), and niece (6) had a great time building it together with minimal help needed from parents.
