This product is Amazing! I cannot recommend it enough! It works like a miracle! I have severe hemorrhoids and one night I was in excruciating pain and considering going to the ER even though I don't have insurance just so that something could be done. I ordered this product and it arrived the next day. I applied it like the bottle said and by the next day my pain level decrease dramatically and my hemorrhoids started shrinking!!! This is the best thing I have tried, and I have tried multiple products for my hemorrhoids but nothing worked like this did. Now I have zero pain and smaller hemorrhoids. If you're suffering from severe hemorrhoids like I was I highly recommend this product as well as cutting off caffeine until the hemorrhoids are better. You can also use organic extra virgin olive oil along with this product, and I also recommend taking "oxypowder" (also found here on amazon) for a few days just so nothing sold is coming through and irritating the hemorrhoids. I was feeling any relief after using it as directed. Used for several days - nothing. I checked what others were saying and they were using it 4 x a day instead of 2. So I thought I would give it a try. But then...the bottle which is small tipped over and it all fell out. So I can't say now. And because after a few days of not feeling anything using 2x a day...I'm not sure if I want to spend more money buying another bottle. Hey....if the company wants to ship me out another bottle on the house - I'll do it and if it works bump up my review. I know....a long shot. I just really had high hopes for this stuff. The pouch in came in was discreet and nice. Again - I just wasn't able to use it 4 x a day for longer than 2 days.

I purchased my 1st bottle last year and it was great. But this one is NOT WORKING AT ALL. I will have to find an alternative.

I have used this product in the past. I was running low and don't want to be without just in case. I have internal hemorrhoids and if I have to excrete excessively or stool is hard there is a flair up. I put this product on a tucks and also insert internal with the dropper, sit on the heating pad and in a couple of hours I'm feeling better. Some times maybe over night after several applications and I'm back to normal. ❤️ it. Will keep on hand always.

Ah, hemorrhoids, an embarrassing part of life that some of us have to deal with. Since it is what it is, I wanted to share my story, but I wanted to wait a while to write my review to make sure the product truly was working. I have been dealing with the horrible itchiness, pain and being uncomfortable for years with an occasional painful flareup that made everything so uncomfortably painful. I have tried all of the over-the-counter products, had a prescription for suppositories that couldn't give me relief and even ordered one of those special pillows with the hole in the middle for my computer chair at the office but that didn't even help. I ordered this as a last resort based on the reviews and couldn't believe the relief I experienced after the first application. I could sleep and sit comfortably again! I have not had a flare up since I started using it which has been at least a full month now. I only apply it once a day now, after my shower, for maintenance but I don't know if that's necessary at this point. Seriously, this stuff works, I don't know how or why, but it does.

Now I am looking at their other products, if they are as good as their Goodbye Hemorrhoids Healing Serum, I'll buy them too for whatever problem they are for.
