It is exactly how it was advertised. New & great!
Excellent. Everything seems like a brand new phone. It is an unlocked t-mobile phone but just had to get a new sim card from us cellular and it works perfect. LOADS of updates. But once its done its done. Not sure what else to say just wanted to say that it is exactly as advertised and I love the phone already. All accessories in box are what your suppose to find in a new phone box along with normal Samsung charger.

.Does what it is supposed to do.
Does everything I've tried so far, and does it well. It does take some learning to get used to because it does so many things. I probably don't know the half of it yet, but I do like it so far.

Good
Fingerprint reader on the back under the camera and when I try to put my finger I touch camera, very inconvenient place. The rest is OK. Battery life is very good.

It works.. Poor battery life and scratched screen(I get that it's used)
I know it's old and expensive to replace the batteries but I want purchasers to know when they get this the battery is going to drain way faster than a new phone. And have screen defects. I have purchased three of this phone from different sellers(one directly from Verizon on its release) another from another seller on amazon and while it's battery wasn't necessarily 100% new it well surpassed this one. Once it got so about 20percent battery it dropped a percent every 30seconds or so and the closer it got to 1% the faster it died. meaning the last 20% of the battery lasted maybe 10minutes at best and usually worse.

Had to get my wife the same phone
My wife's samsung 8 died so I decided to get her the same phone I already had for 3 years the note 9. I got her this phone because I never had a clitch, or any problems with my note 9. Well she loves the new phone but now I'm mad because it waw half the price I paid.

Battery socks ☹
I am disappointed due to battery life.I wanted a battery that lasts,battery drains to 60% after fully charged and only used it for browsing online for 10-15min, not even watching any videos or anything else. I was really excited about the phone, and now I am so disappointed. Everything else is fine I guess.

My daughter wanted a phone with a stylus, I've had Notes in the last and currently have the S21, she loves it, haven't had not had it for even a month yet🤷🏾♀️
