I love this olive oil for cooking. A lot of people cook with extra virgin olive oil and it’s just a waste of money. This is a great quality olive oil that actually is 15% extra virgin. I cook a lot with olive oil and this is my favorite.

I love this for soap, I have no idea how it tastes as this is specifically for my soaping needs. The color is perfect for a nice bar of cream colored soap instead of a green tinged soap.

This is good olive oil for soap making. Not the best for eating since it's been processed several times.

I used this oil for frying and making salad dressings. There was no "off" smell or taste. There was no obvious taste or smell which is perfect for a good olive oil.

More than 5 years using this brand is not a annoying flavor it tastes good. Arrived before they said; fortunately in good conditions, but I think is a little risky the way the packaged them, they should put at least air bags or something because sometimes the bottle could be damaged during the route and not only the bottles would be damaged but also the other packages coming in the same delivery truck with the oil spill.

I've used this for my everyday cooking oil for several years. I love that I have that second big bottle in the pantry, knowing I'll never run out. I pour it into the oil decanter beside my stove top and use it at least once a day or more. Sometimes I do half butter, half oil and that works deliciously too. The oil keeps the butter from browning too fast. I don't really like extra virgin except for special applications.

There is something very wrong with this olive oil. It seems to be watered down or mixed with something. We buy this brand regularly at Costco but were unable to leave home and ordered on Amazon. We are disposing of these bottles. It is very noticeable in dishes we make regularly. Avoid this oil. Scary.
