Exactly as described
Used these mainly for making dowel joints for woodworking. Worked a treat. Good quality, consistent diameter at all points and there's enough to make a LOT of joints. You can buy pre-cut dowels but I like the flexibility being able to cut these to length for a specific project. Will buy again when I run out.

Ideal for my project
My daughter who is a teacher wanted some wands so I ordered these for the handles. I covered them with felt and added a felt star to the top. Some floaty ribbons finished them off.They were nice and smooth with no splinters making my mass wand project quick and easy.
