a very good rice for Japanese cooking
My wife ( from Japan ) says this a very good rice for Japanese cooking ( I never tried as I don t really like Japanese rice - prefer Basmati rice )

Excellent quality
This rice is the best 'japonica' I have come across, yet.Very small grain, slightly sticky and cooks consistently and fairly quickly.It comes vacuum packed too, with smaller pouches inside. It is from Italy, however, not Japan.

Authentic Japanese Rice
I'm a Japanese living abroad, and this is by far the best rice I have found! It's of the highest quality I can find abroad. Each box comes with two vacuum packed rice, 500g each. I cook this in a Panasonic rice cooker I got from airport in Tokyo, and every time its perfect!
