A very strange smell, not so so pleasant. And the consistency is bizarre. The product seems to be defective or something's gone bad with it! There are some strange inconsistent particles in the cream bottle

It came with the lid already opened
The product came with the lid already opened. So unprofessional. While using the cream, I found very unsightly substances to be present inside. I'm not sure what they are. Quite an unpleasant experience. The cream itself is quite light, not heavy, has a subtle aroma and I guess it does the job but I'm still left wondering what are those things I found inside.
