If you dont mind spending a few extra rupees then go for it, worth the money, i wish it would be cheaper but still i think its a GOOD prodcut

Its good..i have had gut issues since my adulthood.i possibly have a gluten sensitivity or allergy. nothing worked...this seems to be working. Natures bounty has always been my go to brand when it comes to supplements. Will buy again.

Ordered two numbers for a high price. Received on July 31st, with the expiry date of month/year, ending the same day of receipt, 7/2020. Update Aug 10th. Not received any replacement.

I have to explain how I came to use this product. Why I continue to do so. What I experienced. My expectations.Just skip to the end if you don't wantthe full reasoning for use.We are still in the early phase of understanding the importance of gut microbiota - the organisms, and their relationship to the microbiome - the genetic material within those cells. Pre and probiotics act to stabilize normal flora or help return the balance after illness or change caused by antibiotics. They affect multiple systems at microscopic levels.I have had auto-immune issues, with occassional flare-ups of illness for years. Increased stress contributed greatly. A work environment combined with folks in poor health. An unhealthy diet. I came to probiotics to deal with long standing concerns.Look at the market. A sea of choices.Multiple sizes. Multiple ingredients. Many highly rated products offer high CFU of a single strain. One hit wonders for one issue. Expensive. No allergens.Trace elements. FOS - Fructo- oligo- saccharides to promote growth of colonies. Need refrigeration absolutely.So why this?(1) I wanted a probiotic agent with representative selection. One with adequate CFU. 20 billion Colony forming units when manufactured.Not the highest number. A decent number. More later.(2) I knew I react to medications, vitamins. Small amounts, small doseshave an effect. Accidentally took 3 of these in one day. Became agitated, hyperalert. Increased energy. Never occurred otherwise.(3) Has 10 well-known strains. Specific. Well researched. Not proprietary known only to the manufacturer.(4) Ingredients match what I tolerate.Soy not an issue. The others don't matter to me but their website description spells them out. No lactose. No gluten. No wheat. Etc.(5) Helps prevent a range of issues, seems to improve others. Less bloating. Less cramps with certain foods. Less or no diarrhea with certain foods. Less atopic dematitis issues.(6) I take this with food for the best absorption, and to avoid any discomfort.(7) Taken as recommended it does seem to help my level of energy and well-being compared to when I don't over days.(8) Refrigerate this to improve or stabilize colony viability. It was sitting on a shelf somewhere. Stick it in the refrigerator before and after you open it.(9) I tried others. Like Swansons. Either could not tolerate them - like an over dose on these and ill effects lasted longer. Or more expensive for less over all benefit.(10) I have seen this company badmouthed on probiotic review sites.Better business ratings. Lies about milk product ingredients. Instability of ingredients. All these sites are paid off by someone with an axe to grind.I have no axe. This is what I found and felt. Plus. I trust the company because I have used their products for years. That is the best yardstick.Personal experience.So: Not expensive comparatively. More overall benefit. Better tolerated wirh food. Only soy allergen. Known specific strains. Not the biggest or best.But it works.From a company I trust. Whose products I have used for years.I recommend this.

Some of the issues consumers report for this product are due to their taking the prescribed dosage every single day, when a daily regimen is too much for some people.The good culture can last in your system for several days, as it has for me, so I reduced intake of the 2-capsule dosage to twice per week instead of taking it every day. On the other five days, I was taking many different supplements. In the past, I took omega-3, but now I am taking Ubiquinol Co-Q 10 every day instead; I am also now alternating curcumin and garlic every other day. I quit Megafood vitamins altogether, after reading about the less-than-ideal form of Vitamin D (yeast instead of algae) Megafood still uses, except to rotate their multiple vitamin in once or twice per week, as it is milder on my stomach than most, and to give my stomach a break from spices. I had to quit omega-3 altogether because it made my skin break out, and I was no longer feeling it as a wellness product. Adjusting dosage of any supplement to suit your own unique system makes sense. This Nature's Bounty product is a useful product at a great price. I have refrigerated it, as I do all of my open bottles of vitamins. I have no allergies to milk products. i am not lactose intolerant. Others have reported issues with lactose, so I cannot speak for them. But my main recommendation for taking this product is that instead of rejecting the product when two capsules daily prove too much for your system, cut back and take the prescribed dosage of two capsules just two or three times per week instead of every day. I do not agree that the product should turn milk to yogurt and would never conduct such an experiment with the product: See my end notes on that. At the time I originally posted my review, I could not afford the more expensive probiotic products, so I was glad this product was available at a price I could afford, and reducing dosage to twice per week also kept costs of consumption down. Update: I am no longer taking this capsule product, or any other probiotic in capsule form, since I discovered a kambucha beverage called Synergy Kambucha, that has a couple billion effervescent probiotics in every bottle, and that goes down my throat like champagne, and works like a miracle drug to gobble up all the bad bacteria in my gut with its effervescent action. My stomach goes beautifully flat from a buldge with Synergy Kambucha, and I will never go back to using capsules. Also, the reason capsules do not turn milk into yogurt is that their probiotics are not meant to do that as for the most part they are not related to active yogurt cultures. There are dozens of different kinds of probiotics, only one of which is milk-related. If you want the milk-related probiotic, choose yogurt.

Very interesting! I just received my delivery and I took my first dose as 2 pills instead of 1. I was told that I am borderline diabetic, so I am prone to annoying yeast infections. They keep going away and coming back. I have one now, and honestly I can feel something happening down there and I mean I have only taken 2! So I'm impressed, and I look forward to seeing what else happens. I will post an update. So far I am very happy that I allowed the good reviews to convince me to purchase this despite the negative ones. I am only posting my truth to help other women with the same issue. I am so glad that I've decided to try alternative measures because I have gastrointestinal issues as well. I have acid reflux and gastritis, yet NONE of the doctors that I have seen have ever suggested or prescribed a probiotic. Don't trust doctors people! Find out your diagnosis and do your research to find alternative measures to balance and cure your body. They kept giving me Diflucan and metronidazole but all I really needed was something to prevent the yeast infections! They want you to come in so they can get paid by the insurance company! smh!****Update ****** I have ordered this product 5 times. This last 5th time, the effects was different and I have to assume that it is because the organisms or "active cultures" are dead. Previously after taking one or two pills my digestive system was better and I became regular, and I felt some tingling in my vag area which cleared up, or greatly improved my tendency of becoming prone to yeast infections. Presently from using this bottle I am becoming bloated and constipated. Bad batch I guess. I'll try again with 2 day delivery, but since the weather is getting hot, I am whether the product will be exposed to extreme heat temperatures during delivery.*****New Most Recent Update***** I just found out what the issue was. When I first purchased the product,when was working properly it was purchased from Quality Plus OTC and shipped by amazon. This last time that it was purchased was from WikiDeals.
