Excellent product - extremely fine powder that dissolves very quickly. I am taking this because I have a damaged intestinal tract from a bacterial infection. Within a few days, I noticed a big improvement in my symptoms. Note: I was taking between 10g and 20g a day for the first two weeks (split between a morning and evening dose) and then I reduced the dose in half.

L-Glutamine was recommended by my daughter's doctor when she complained of multiple canker sores (usually when she was PMS). This product worked the first time! She has a scoop everyday in a glass of water. If goes a few weeks with out it, the canker sores eventually come back. Very happy with purchase

After returning from a spring break trip having bad GI issues this plus a great probiotic helped me. I still am taking it and feel like it helps maintain my stomach from bloating as well as curve some sugar cravings. It feels very healing

Mixes easily in water, little to no taste.

It seems to be a higher quality and works better in improving my son's GI health.
