Excellent Quality and Storage
The backpack is made with high quality materials and should last for a very long time. Smart design for laptops, books, tablets and work/school related materials. Nice internal pockets for business cards, pens and other small office supplies. The look of the backpack is beautiful. Very happy with my purchase.

Has held up great throughout the years
I purchased this item back in 2016 for School and Travel. It has carried many large text books in it just fine during the school years, with it's form the books would sometimes shift around inside. It seems to work the best when it is stuffed full. It has allowed me to stuff it full of items during airplane travel as well. The laptop sleeve close to the back of the user holds my 15.6" Chromebook I have had during my time of ownership just fine. The second pocket that has a soft inner lining may not fit a 15" laptop, but could suit well for an ipad. The backpack has a form to it, so it won't collapse into a smaller form factor. Despite this, I have been able to stuff it under multiple airline's seats just fine and haven't been questioned about the size of my personal item. Like another reviewer I too have a small bit of string hanging from the top next to the top handle screw. It hasn't increased in length since I have had it. Rather it has gotten shorter from me cutting it shorter. I haven't had any zipper problems with this bag. There are times when the inner lining of the main compartment gets caught into the zipper when I have the bag stuffed so full. There is a water bottle pocket on the side that I have been able to stuff a 1L nalgene bottle into during travel. Upon unzipping their is elastic band that stretches to hold it in. I have gone through the airports with my bottle stuffed in that spot many times. The side pouches are quite roomy but do get in the way at times below the airline seats, but has held up and not broken. When traveling with my laptop I typically stuff the computer cables into one of the side pouches. Inside the accessories area there is a small carabiner type strap that I typically can clip my keys to. This pouch feels constrictive when full of pens and pencils, but if you can use the space below that there is plenty of room to include more items. There are a few locations throughout the bag that have some frayed stitching at this point, but nothing that has affected the use of any of the items after all these years of neglect from my travels. I love using the luggage strap to drop the bag off onto my luggage handle when in the airport. As much items as I fill the bag up with can make it fairly heavy and walking miles in the airports can get uncomfortable with this bag. Especially when a laptop is in. Overall I would give it 5 stars because of all the times I have traveled and used this bag, nothing has made me doubt my purchase.

Roomy and Well Designed
This compact backpack is small enough to use as a personal item on an airplane, but surprisingly roomy, with space for a laptop, a change of clothes, and everything else I need for an overnight trip or a long flight. It seems sturdy, and fits over the handle of my TravelPro Carry-on Bag.

Matches my luggage set
I already owned a set of Bold luggage by Travelpro and decided to buy the matching backpack because of all the great features it has. I particularly like that it can securely hold a water bottle in an outside pocket. I used it as my personal item aboard a recent trip to Morocco. The straps are comfortable and it holds quite a bit. It’s Travelpro, so I know it’ll hold up and if there’s an issue, it has the Travelpro warranty.

Pretty good, not perfect
Currently on my first trip using this backpack. The only negative is that the strap system is not as comfortable as my old pack. May be just a matter of getting used to it, but it sits differently and seems a little more difficult to get on, as well as not as comfortable to carry. The handles are actually great for picking it up and moving it short distances, though. On the plus side, it fits very nicely under an airplane seat and has great room and packability. I am on a trip that required me to bring items that needed to be checked, and I don't know what to do with all of the extra room this pack has. It will be much easier to use as a carry-on for long weekends when I don't want to check a bag than my old pack. Since I am not wearing it for any extended periods, the plusses outweigh the mild decrease in comfort. If I was lugging it around all day on my back, I would consider going back to my old pack.

Love it!
Got this as a gift for my grandson. I know he wii love it as I do. Its lightweight but appears to be very well made andVery sturdy with plenty of storage space including a place for a water bottle.

Perfect for short trips or as carry on luggage.
I ordered this backpack to take on short weekend trips. I took it on a five day trip and it was great. It is large enough to fit my 15" screen laptop, my 10.1" tablet with more than enough room for a few days worth of clothing depending on mass. Since we went to a cold climate I was not able to pack as much as I would have if it were clothing for warmer temperatures. The straps have great cushioning that helped to alleviate shoulder strain while trekking on public transit to three cities. The two pockets on the side was great for easy access to beverages.

Love this backpack but needs minor changes
I do a lot of traveling.I love the size of this backpack. I love the pockets. I love that some of the zippers can be locked.I don't love that all the zippers can't be locked. I would of like to have the option to lock them all. Or at the very least, the spot to tuck the zippers into, as not all the zippers have this option either.I hate the material on the inner most pocket where a laptop or tablet can be inserted. It's a fleece type where your hands stick to it if they are dry or have a cut.I wish it had a little more bend in it. It's a little difficult getting it under the airplane seat in front of me. But you can get it in at the right angle. If I carry it on one if my shoulders, the zipper closest to me opens up. Fortunately it is one that a lock can be placed on.Over all, I do love this back pack.
