Arrived as promised. Packaged well!It is a good size, great for taking with, but also having a nice size screen without the additional weight or bulk. Over-all quality is very good, screen is vivid, easy on the eyes for reading/viewing. Good battery life. Price was right. Excellent value. I have bought a couple a dozen laptops for a small business (Toshiba, Hewitt Packard, Acer as well as other Dells), and as the designated tech guy of this crew, I give this model my best rating for overall quality, performance/features and bang for buck.

My son was overjoyed in receiving this laptop...It not only helps him get school work done, but also good at gaming.

I hate the keyboard. I will start with that. It is squished. Perhaps I am just used to a larger laptop - I don't know but getting used to this thing has been a process. I have been typing for more years than computers have been on this earth and typing should not be this hard! But, whatever. I miss the number keyboard. My bad - I did not note its lack when I was ordering. I just assumed - always dangerous - that it would have one. I am an old banker and I am used to typing numbers on the side keys. Again, whatever.The laptop itself works find for my needs. The touchscreen is sometimes not as responsive as I would like but I don't use this in a tablet like fashion that often so that is not a vital feature for me. Overall I just hope it lasts longer than two years which is what I got out of my last laptop.

This was a gift from my dad and I love it. I play sims 4 with it and the touchscreen is great. The quality of the laptop is top notch. Nice looking !

This computer is terrible and the seller is falsely advertising a product. First of all, Windows S Mode is a sham. It is supposed to make the computer safer and run better, but it only makes things more inconvenient. You can’t download chrome or Firefox or visit a lot of sites if it is in S mode. If you get out of S mode you can’t get it back. Complete waste of time and money.Secondly, the seller says it has Windows 10 but it doesn’t. You have to pay$140 to get it.

So far there is NOTHING I dont like I about this computer the the description was better than description so far...Seller said he could have put this as like new but didn't because of minor scratch on the top the "minor" scratch is SO minor I had to search for it just to find it it is very very minor... and the price was awesome I feel like I got a great deal... and I messaged the Seller because the tracking said it had shipped but was showing no details the seller got back with me that day to me what all he did to get it ready when he shipped it and approximately how long it would take to get to me and it arrived a day early...

Pros: Perfect for my gf's work-at home needs. Fast SSD & boot times. Dell brand. Switching to tablet mode is enjoyable. Small, compact size. Sturdy build quality.Cons: Some confusion in disabling Windows S mode at first, but a tutorial video on Youtube helped. All that was needed was Windows activation with a Microsoft account, then finding the right link in the built-in Microsoft store app.Not so great viewing angles.Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I like everything about this computer except Windows 10 S. I recall the description saying that the operating system is Windows 10, not Windows 10 S. I will get rid of S mode. Otherwise the computer is as I expected.
