I feel like you have to take these reviews with a grain of salt. In my opinion, it takes several months of consistent use to evaluate a product. With that said, I would buy this product again. I feel like it calms the anxiety in my body when I drink it. I drink it with hot water and sometimes I add some squeezed lemon juice to it.

Tastes a little like cucumber?
This arrived undamaged, which is always a plus. Dissolves easily in my tea, with a little bit of an earthy cucumber flavor. The product seems fresh, with an expiration date far enough out for me to finish the jar without being concerned
