After years of dealing with back pain; I had fairly successful surgery in 2010. Post-op complications required me to go on Warfarin; so I’ve not been to take any NSAIDs that one might take. I functioned on Lidocaine Patches and massage; but they only went so far in being helpful. A friend told me about MSM and how much it had helped her husband. I checked with my pharmacist and PCP who both gave me the “go-ahead” to try it. After a few days; I already noticed the difference and by the end of the first couple of weeks I was telling my friends about the great success I had with my comfort level and mobility! I’ve been using this brand (as it was the one recommended to me by my friend) and it has REALLY improved my quality of life! I’d highly recommend giving it a try...AFTER checking with their doctor/to be sure there aren’t any potential interactions with any prescription meds they may be taking. It IS a sulfa derivative; so be aware if you have allergies to sulfa drugs....

It is easy swallow and for my age I have very little pain which I feel MSM is responsible but what I like the most is the price and quantities (a very good deal) and availability. This is my third time ordering

MSM is an essential element. If you have pain, such as in Fibromyalgia as I do, or Arthritis, this may help you. It is a natural element, that is inYour body. It diminishes as you age. When I first took it, it helped exponentially. It still does, although, I do take other supplements, too. IWould not want to be without my MSM!

I'm approaching my mid 70s and simple things such as going up and down stairs, bending over to pick some thing up from the floor, etc were becoming a real chore. I remembered reading about the actor James Coburn being bedridden with arthritis. Someone suggested that he try MSM and it worked for him. Not only was he able to get out of bed but he resumed his acting career. If you look at his hands in his later movies you can see how twisted his fingers are but he could walk and ride a horse. The only change I made was taking MSM and now I have no problem using the stairs or bending over. Most vitamins and supplements that you can take don't have an effect that you can see but this stuff does.

The body needs sulfur for joint repair. The S in MSM provides elemental sulfur. MSM is proven safe in amounts up to around 20grams a day which I can hardly imagine managing to get down. The only side-effect at higher ranges is intestinal gas. It provides relief for joint pain due to injury, arthritis as well as fibromyalgia relief in many cases. For osteo-arthritis that can cause painful and swollen nodules on the finger joints it will control and even reverse these in many cases. Well worth it!
